This hotel is newly built with a full range of facilities in the room such as safe, refrigerator, telephone, kettle, toiletries, towels. The free, abundant Turkish breakfast was exceptional, brought on a platter by attentive, respectful restaurant staff. Staff at the reception were also very considerate - Shohrat even spoke Chinese with me which made me feel at home after a day out not being able to speak the local language. And there was a bellboy who carried my luggage to my room! Above all, I was pleasantly surprised by the great value I got from the price I paid: it’s lower than the Saturday price for a bed in an 8-bed dorm in the UK, but look at what I got above in a single bed hotel room!

The property is brand new and very clean The staff are very friendly There is a cafe on site and they serve food which was very convenient for us ad we were there only for one night on a layover. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The shower is really nice as well. Perfect for a short stay . The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us as well for the next day. It’s about 20 minutes away from IST airport so made it easy for us to get there. The breakfast is spread consisting of small plates with butter, honey, Nutella and jam and a bigger plate with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, olives and bread. They serve pretty good coffee as well from the café upstairs.

Hotel is in mint condition and stuff is super helpful. Close to the airport and in the center of a town. We arrived late and around 9pm but there were still many restaurants and stores opened. We didn’t miss our dinner and local shopping . The hotel is about 20 minutes away from airport but much better than those other hotels which are 10 to 15 minutes away from airport. Those hotels are in the middle of nowhere.

The location is great. it is easily accessible from the airport and the hotel is at the heart of the city where you can find anything you are looking for. The best thing about this hotel is customer service; the smile on the face of the staff members is very welcoming and I highly appreciate that. I will always come back! I

The hotel was built in a very nice area. The streets full of shops and restaurants, smell of Turkish food! Especially it was very nice to meet the kind-hearted, super polite and helpful staff. The room itself was perfect, spacious with comfortable bed(which can not be found in every hotel). All in all, I am grateful to the Elite Port Hotel and their personnel. Will definitely come again.

Outstanding stay at the Elite Port during an overnight layover in Istanbul. Only 18 minutes by taxi from airport. Ordered an Uber for USD 5 (about 140 tl). The staff was very helpful and supportive. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The place was very clean. I know where I will be staying the next time I have an overnight layover in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel with warm hospitality , central location, and wonderful breakfast. Good for transit. The staff was warm, and upto guest expectations.

Very modern, new and clean, functional hotel situated in a bustling part of town. A joy to stay at. 24 hour reception with 24 hour hotel cafe. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice toiletries, good mattress and fixtures/fittings. Great value.

The fact that it is a brand new and super clean hotel here is not the most important. What makes this hotel stand out is its people who work here and customer service. They really take good care of their customers! My biggest thanks goes to Enes Can, he really went above and beyond to help my mom with her stay and her flight! Thanks a lot Enes, I really appreciate it. You are definitely a huge asset for the hotel!

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very pleasing and helpful. The location is good, just 20 min to the airport. Breakfast is OK. They have their own parking spots in front of the hotel.
