Elite Port Hotel

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, with fresh furniture. Beds are very comfortable. Shower big enough, clean and functional. Price/quality is the best. Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. If happens to spend time between flights through Istanbul, I will definitely choose Elite Port.

Nice facilities. Great staff. Little extras like toothbrush and shaving kit were really nice. It's in a very central location so very close to shops and restaurants and about 20 minutes from airport. Family room was a nice size and comfortable. Great shower. Overall great accommodation for the price.

Great location near the Istanbul Airport if you need to spend a night before or after a long international flight. Room was bigger than I expected, and the English-speaking staff members working at the hotel were extremely helpful and attentive. Lots of stores, mini-markets, shops, and cafes nearby, so you can basically pick up anything you need at the last minute for your flight. Also, the pricing of the room was very affordable and a great value for the money. Based on this experience, I'm already planning to book this property again for an onward flight from Istanbul.

Our stay at Rate Elite Port Hotel near the new Istanbul Airport was truly exceptional. The hotel's location proved to be incredibly convenient for travelers with connecting flights. Situated close to the airport, we found it easy to access via the new metro line connecting the airport with Arnavutköy. Despite the 20-minute walk from the metro station to the hotel, which involved a slight hill climb, we appreciated the accessibility. For those returning to the airport at night, a taxi ride cost us around 350 Turkish Lira. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception by Esra, who exuded friendliness and hospitality. Her assistance was invaluable, especially when we encountered difficulties finding our way back to the hotel in the evening. Despite finishing her shift, Esra kindly offered to escort us back. We were also impressed by Erkin, who replaced Esra at the reception. Fluent in Russian, Erkin swiftly addressed our requests throughout our stay and graciously assisted us in arranging transportation. During our time at the hotel, we ventured to a nearby shopping mall, which was a short 15-minute walk away. There, we enjoyed a delightful supper at a popular food court frequented by locals. However, on our return, we encountered navigation difficulties, but Esra's timely intervention saved the day. Esra's kindness extended beyond her professional duties. Despite being in a hurry to share her joy with her mother after her boyfriend's proposal, she selflessly assisted us. Her actions exemplified a commitment to unparalleled hospitality, where Turkish hospitality goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, our experience at Rate Elite Port Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and wish Esra all the happiness in her new chapter.
