Our stay at Rate Elite Port Hotel near the new Istanbul Airport was truly exceptional. The hotel's location proved to be incredibly convenient for travelers with connecting flights. Situated close to the airport, we found it easy to access via the new metro line connecting the airport with Arnavutköy. Despite the 20-minute walk from the metro station to the hotel, which involved a slight hill climb, we appreciated the accessibility. For those returning to the airport at night, a taxi ride cost us around 350 Turkish Lira. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception by Esra, who exuded friendliness and hospitality. Her assistance was invaluable, especially when we encountered difficulties finding our way back to the hotel in the evening. Despite finishing her shift, Esra kindly offered to escort us back. We were also impressed by Erkin, who replaced Esra at the reception. Fluent in Russian, Erkin swiftly addressed our requests throughout our stay and graciously assisted us in arranging transportation. During our time at the hotel, we ventured to a nearby shopping mall, which was a short 15-minute walk away. There, we enjoyed a delightful supper at a popular food court frequented by locals. However, on our return, we encountered navigation difficulties, but Esra's timely intervention saved the day. Esra's kindness extended beyond her professional duties. Despite being in a hurry to share her joy with her mother after her boyfriend's proposal, she selflessly assisted us. Her actions exemplified a commitment to unparalleled hospitality, where Turkish hospitality goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, our experience at Rate Elite Port Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and wish Esra all the happiness in her new chapter.

There's lots of cafes and restaurants of authentic turkish cuisine just around the hotel, nevertheless the hotel provides its own excellent breakfast .Also you can buy what you need at nearest shopping area, which is developed up guite well. A Subway station is in 5 minutes walking range from the hotel., it takes about 1 hour to get Taksim Square About the hotel itself. It was a short stay, only one day, but have only positive impressions of this. Firstly of all it's a very competent, friendly and attentive personnel. Secondly- condition of room, furniture and accessories is guite good and modern. Thirdly - the cleanness ,as almost everywhere in Turkiye , in a high level. So and finally, the price is objective and commensurate for such service comparable with other places close to airport.

To get there from Istanbul Airport we took the metro to Arnavutköy Hastane and then a bus to Necip Fazıl Caddesi, right outside the hotel. Checked in with very helpful and friendly staff and booked a transfer to the airport for the next morning for 30 €. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spacious and toiletries were provided, the wifi worked perfectly and the transfer to the airport the next day went very smoothly. Recommend highly!
